Tablet?

Ok so I'm hoping to buy a tablet soon.  Either off of markers or on eBay.  I'm wondering whether or not to get the 6 x 8 or the 4 x 5.  Anyone have experience with either of them?  If so tell me what you think of them.  By the way...my first entry :).
